ZOTUIN wants customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened

3. Return Requests

Customers should contact support@zotuin.com with their order number and the reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
